I'm not really sure what Twitter is yet. But it was in Entertainment Weekly, and I'm on there tweeting away.
I'm a lurker. For real. You should totally follow me on Twitter. Sometimes I say funny things or post updates of my writing life.
But then I stumbled upon something distraction-worthy. My own Twitter mosaic. This is gonna blow your mind, people.
Are you Mindless yet? You should be. This is Mindless Musings, after all. Those are my followers on twitter. Aren't they so pretty? Are you on there? You should be. Yes, yes, you should.
Twitter scares me. As in, I'm convinced I'll start and then I'll never get any work done. I could easily see myself becoming obsessed and then I'd just be more of a slacker than I already am. Not a good idea.
ReplyDeleteOne more thing to get addicted to on-line? I can't keep up as it is!! I'm definitely mindless...err definitely musing!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Lisa and Laura - I'm very afraid of the vortex that is Twitter. And I going to echo Janyece, There's not enough time in the day - and then I'm supposed to write, too. Hmm.
ReplyDeleteThat's hillarious. And I feel totally left out. Why? Because I'm so totally not on there.
ReplyDeleteHmm. Something to think about. I think I hear my inner sheep bleeting.
Oh and Elana? Thank you so much for introducing me to the joys of verification words. Do you know that I can't look at a verification word now without thinking of what the word might mean and how I might use it. It's an obsession.
And so I say . . . thank you.
Dude, I had no idea what a scare-off twitter was. Hmm...since I don't really know what I'm doing on there, I generally just watch the tweet parade. I don't really spend much time on it.
ReplyDeleteAli, yes! My plans of word verification domination have succeeded! LOL.
I don't do Twitter, but if I did I would follow you. :)
ReplyDeleteThat does look cool!
